Wayne K. Fisher, Assistant Pastor
Assistant Pastor Wayne K. Fisher is a native of Brick, New Jersey. He grew up attending a Methodist Church and was very active in music both in and out of church. After graduating from high school, Wayne went to Valparaiso University in Indiana where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education (1986). After moving to Oregon (1987), he learned about the Bible version issue and was convinced that the KJV was the only true Word of God in the English language. Several incidents led him to the realization that he was not truly born again, and eventually Wayne trusted Christ as Savior.
In 1988, Wayne moved to Massachusetts to attend Cornerstone Bible Institute. He quickly joined the Church and became involved in several ministries. He received his diploma in Advanced Bible Studies (1992), became Youth Director (1993), Deacon (2001), and church organist/pianist (2002). Mr. Fisher was called to be the Assistant Pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in 2003.
Pastor Fisher resides in Waltham, Mass. with his wife Florence and daughter Sarah.
